FitDock processes orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country, supplier availability, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your shipment. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. FitDock is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs, weather, carrier delays, high order volume, or local delivery issues.
